About Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a pathway to profound relational healing. We help partners explore and heal early attachment relationships. This involves understanding your individual "parts of self" and enhancing nervous system awareness and regulation. The goal is for each person to grow individually, so the couple's relationship can then truly come first.
